Custom Assemblies
Having 1000’s of pre-created custom assemblies to
sort through to find the one that is close to what you need then changing it to
suit your needs is OLD SCHOOL. Itssuper slow, hard to learn, and confusing. Start
by clicking as many as 5 buttons just to get to a page of choices and still not
getting what you need. Finding one close then having to modify a 15’ run to
either 10 or 20 and modify a device from 15 to 20 amps.
Being an electrical contractor not a computer geek
most of us find this being quite intimidating.

Material Price Manipulation
Keeping your prices up to date is important but it
does not have to be hard.
You may elect to manage your own material, use
NetPricer, or Real Time Pricing services.
Also on every Assembly Summary you have a price
adjustment. You are not limited to price 1-2-or 3 and the older systems do.
Best Bid has adjustments by %. You can change the price of material a little or
a lot. Changing the % dial on each page gives you full control of you pricing
per Assembly not just globally.
We also offer this feature on the labor. So, if you
are working on a lift in one section dial the % up. This lets you micro manage
the estimate.
